I give Zosora Fitness Pvt. Ltd. and its Franchisee, the following permission:

1. To take photographs and / or video of myself and to use my name, picture, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such which may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made by or on behalf of Zosora Fitness Pvt. Ltd.
2. To permit Zosora Fitness Pvt. Ltd. to use them for any purpose consistent with aims and objectives of Zosora Fitness Pvt. Ltd., which include, but are not limited to, advertisements and any promotional activities, illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Social media and Internet.
3. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, in any form, for the use of such pictures, etc.

I give my consent to Zosora Fitness Pvt. Ltd. to use my name and likeness to promote Dtf Studios, its Franchisee, and/or their activities.
